Refund policy

When we refund template purchases, and how to ask.

Templates are digital and delivered instantly, so purchases are final once the files have been downloaded.

When we will refund you

  • A file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it within five working days.
  • The product is materially different from its description.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

How to ask

Email hello@sundaythought.studio within 14 days of your purchase with your order email and a short description. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
